How far ahead to order

For groups under 15, 24 hours' notice is usually enough. For larger office events or parties above 25 guests, we recommend ordering 3–5 days ahead so we can plan kitchen capacity and confirm any dishes that need extra prep time.

Portion planning

  • Plan for roughly 1.5 entree servings per person when offering 3–4 dish varieties family-style.
  • Add one starter (pot stickers or spring rolls) per two guests.
  • Include at least one vegetable-forward and one vegetarian dish on any catering order.
  • Rice should be ordered separately and generously — it's the item most likely to run short.

Building a well-rounded catering menu

A strong catering order usually mixes one saucy favorite (like cashew chicken or General Tso's), one lighter dish (like moo goo gai pan or steamed vegetables), and one dish with some heat for guests who want it, kept separate so spice stays optional rather than baked into everything.
